RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

Due to recent events concerning COVID-19 we will be making the following temporary adjustments to our Return Policy!

Our temporary policy is as follows:

You will have 60 days to return or exchange any products purchased. This time frame starts when your package has been delivered to you, not from the time you ordered from us.

Please read our policy below for sale item information, product return standards, and additional information on exchanges/refunds prior to sending back any items from your order. REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY – RETURN POLICY

Exchange/Refund Policy (Warranty Policy)

  • We gladly accept returns for refund/exchanges within 60-days from when your order was delivered to you!
    • If 60-days have gone by from the order delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return/exchange.
    • If you believe your item is damaged for any reason please send us an email with a picture of the damaged product to info@alwaysstrong.ca
    • Please not that your return must be sent back to us within the 60-days, but it does not have to reach us in the 60-day window.
    • We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
    • If you return an item, the original shipping cost is not refunded.
  • Return Processing:
    • During normal business waves, please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be inspected and processed once it is delivered to our facility.
    • During a launch wave, please allow our team 4-7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed once it is delivered to our facility.
  • For refunds, the returned item(s) cost will automatically be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order with us.
    • Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to process back into your bank account.
  • For exchange requests, we will fulfill it if stock is available and you will receive a confirmation email for the exchange order.
    • Exchange requests can only be made for the same product being returned in either a different colour-way or size.
      • If a different item is requested a refund will be issued.
    • If stock is unavailable for your exchange request a refund will be issued.
      • We do not ship returned items back to customers if exchange requests cannot be fulfilled.
    • If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified via email.

Return Standards

  • Items being returned must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you –
    • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
    • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
    • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
    • Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.
    • We cannot accept any underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.
      • Whether worn or unworn any undergarments are final sale products and cannot be returned (includes both exchanges and refunds).
    • Some of our products do not come with tags so please do not be alarmed, however, if tags were attached when you received the item please keep them attached.

Sale policy

  • Items discounted 30% or more on the website are final sale and not eligible for returning.
    • This includes both returning items for an exchange or returning for a refund.
  • Items discounted under 30% are welcome to be returned for an exchange or refund.
  • We do not price match for items that may become discounted at any time.

Return Package Instructions:

In your package please include a note with your order number, first and last name, email, and whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund. If you would like an exchange include on the note which item and size that you are looking to exchange for.

Please note that we cannot exchange products that are higher in value than the one you are returning and we if cannot fulfill your exchange request you will be refunded for the item you return to us! If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask!
