RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Your order inquiry via email must be requested within 7 days after your order has been confirmed as delivered.
Please note that any items to be returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions.
Any items on sale(clearance) are final sale and may not be returned. Items that are not in our clearance sale section and were purchased with a discount are eligible to be returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once an order has been placed, we do not modify or cancel it. Please make sure your order details are correct and any applicable discount codes have been added before completing your purchase.
- We offer free shipping over $100 for all domestic Canada orders. Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
- If a package is sent back to our warehouse because of an incorrect or incomplete address the customer will have to pay the re-shipping fee to resend the package to the corrected address. Shipping fee is based upon the destination and weight of the package.
- International orders may be subject to custom duties and customers are responsible for such payment. We do not cover any custom duties & Taxes.
